  • Trojan Recruitment was trying to bend generic SaaS tools to their operational model. We built three custom systems instead — candidate management, timesheets, document sharing — all integrated with their core back-office. Same partnership since 2015. Still evolving with the business.

  • Business assessments are expensive, slow, and static. Xcepcion automates structured analysis through a guided questionnaire, AI-powered insights, and a visual business heatmap. In about 30 minutes, leaders get a useful fingerprint of strengths and opportunities.

  • Geochemistry QA/QC was taking months because the tools were hard to interpret. We built expert analysis into the workflow with a clearer interface. Data turnaround dropped from months to days. Prize-winner at Unearthed Perth 2015.
